Ms. Macy Welsh

Macy Welsh is a consummate entrepreneur who is responsible for NCI’s West Coast Operations. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of South Dakota in 1997, and began a career as a Recreational Therapist in Chicago, Illinois.

Macy soon switched careers and joined the team at Careerbuilder.com as a sales professional. After one short year, Macy herself was recruited by HQ Group in San Diego, California as the Project Director of a nation-wide civilian job program for transitioning service members. Macy’s enthusiasm, energy and care for military personnel led to strong relationships and business development opportunities throughout both the Military and Corporate America.

Today, Macy is also the President of Opulent 22, LLC where she designs her own jewelry-line and serves as an international distributor to wholesalers, retailers, and individuals.  With over ten years in business, she has successfully planned countless events for her military and corporate customers alike. She succeeds at business relationships and customer care at all levels.
