Conference Planning fees depend on the size of your group and which conference support services you select.  In most cases, NCI can provide professional conference services at a cost savings to your organization. Government, military and business leaders are often faced with budget constraints and have multiple funding accounts to manage. For your convenience, we accept *Government Purchase Cards (GPC) for payments up to $2500, and will gladly assist your staff with larger GPC purchases (up to $25,000) by utilizing a DD Form 1556. The Joint Forces Travel Regulation (JFTR) also authorizes the use of individual Government Travel Cards to pay for conference registration fees when fees are a condition for attendance. Please see para 21 (i) of Appendix G in the JFTR (MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES ON OFFICIAL TRAVEL).

Please note, the Department of Defense recently changed the JFTR to allow government travelers to use personal government travel cards to register early for conferences (and seek early reimbursement before travel is completed) to take advantage of special pricing and / or early bird discounts. For your convenience, you can click here for copy of the recent change to the DoD memorandum that authorizes this action. We can bill individually or as a group and also accept Visa, Master Card, corporate checks and approved purchase orders. Due to limited seating and popular demand, it is recommended you secure your registrations at least 30 days prior to the actual event.

Select training seminars are a per-person charge (referred to as tuition). The actual cost depends on the length and content of the seminar. Please note, seminar fees do not include travel & lodging expenses).

Note: You will receive one (1) FREE Training Scholarship with purchase of every four training seats. All registrations and payments must be received at the same time.
